Paul Kaza Associates Creates Branding and Identity for two Winooski Falls Developments
PKA began their relationship with the Winooski Falls development team of HallKeen and the Braverman Company LLC in the summer of 2006. Immediately, PKA set out to establish branding and identity for Keen’s Crossing (apartments) and The Cascades (riverfront condominiums) being constructed in the downtown neighborhood of Winooski Falls.
Keen’s Crossing will provide a mixed-use apartment community, with thoughtfully designed rooms and a wide variety of floor plans ideal for singles, roommates, couples, and families. Currently under construction, the first of four buildings will be completed in early spring, 2007.
The Cascades will offer luxury riverfront condominiums with loft-style and one-floor flats perfect for working professional couples, empty nesters, snowbirders, and trendsetters excited to be a part of an emerging downtown community. Of the anticipated 195 condominiums, more than 70% will have direct river views, offering residents soothing vistas from rooftop decks or private balconies. Construction on the Cascades is expected to begin in spring, 2007.
PKA will continue to provide strategic marketing support for Keen’s Crossing and The Cascades throughout all stages of the Winooski Falls evolution.
