PKA Wraps Up Banner Fiscal Year with Retreat
Brainstorming. Brennan. Bowling.
It was a day for looking back—but mostly looking forward—as the office was closed and the entire staff of Paul Kaza Associates celebrated the success of a banner year while joining together to cast a collective vision for the coming year and beyond.
“Our fiscal year is July 1 – June 30, and the last 12 months have been important not just from a financial performance perspective but also in how the firm has evolved. I am very, very excited about the team PKA has forged—and the victories we are realizing with the clients we are so privileged to serve,” said Agency President & Creative Director Paul Kaza.
The firm’s 20 associates spent the morning in breakout sessions designed to deepen the commitment of each individual and have some fun in the process.
Towards the end of lunch, Tom Brennan—former basketball coach of the University of Vermont, now an analyst on ESPN and co-host of the popular ‘Corm and the Coach’ morning radio show on Champ-FM—joined the group for an adrenalin pumping address.
Shortly thereafter, the group headed to Yankee Lanes for banter, beer and bowling. There were gutter balls, strikes, spares, and of course everything in between—with smiles and laughter in abundance.
