Hallam Associates ICS
Hallam Associates, an engineering services company, had thrived for years and then—as with most other such firms—was challenged greatly by the lack of capital spending in the wake of September 11, 2001. Its sister firm, ICS (Integrated Control Systems) became a more important business unit.
But neither was fully utilizing the inherent synergies available to each.
After conducting in-depth research with current customers, past customers, and key potential customers, Paul Kaza Associates began to uncover a value proposition that had been nearly completely untapped.
Results
Working closely with key internal leaders and eventually the entire rank and file of the two companies, PKA orchestrated a seamless merger of the two entities—and helped to launch prospecting processes that have sent sales through the roof. Since the merger, Hallam ICS has experienced explosive growth with no signs of a letup.
